About the role: As a Creator Manager in Sydney, you will lead the long-term growth of Acast’s most prestigious partners, including local giants like Aunty Donna, Casefile, Equity Mates, Hello Sport, Just The Gist, The Mitch Churi Chat Show, and Toni and Ryan . You’ll also support world-leading publishers like The Guardian and Radio New Zealand . Your mission is to drive audience and revenue growth through bespoke strategies involving content ideation, product adoption, and cross-platform distribution (Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram). You will act as a vital consultant and bridge between our creators and our internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, using data-driven insights and a passion for podcasting to elevate our most well-loved shows in the AUNZ market.
