Position Details: Title : EMPOWR Clinician: Classification : Regular Full Time (1.0 FTE), Exempt Location : Oakland, CA / Hybrid (availability to provide client services in-person and complete documentation remotely) Regular Work Schedule : Full time, M-F Compensation: The EMPOWR Program ( EM bracing P rogress and O pportunities, W e R ise), operates on a team-based care model designed to aid transition-aged youth (ages 16-24) in securing mental health assistance, stable housing, employment and educational advancements, and fostering community connections. The program delivers community-based therapy, case management, and care coordination, alongside peer and family support, all within a cohesive team framework.
