Location Mona Vale, NSW, Australia Role Purpose: The Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilit ies . You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life. About the Clients: At CPA, our SIL houses are typically home to between 4-6 clients. Our clients can have a range of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy and other similar conditions, and range in age from early 20s through to elderly, and can have different level of medical needs and behaviours Role Overview: As a Disability Support Worker within a CPA SIL home, your role is focused on providing support to clients in a domestic setting (in the home). You will make a meaningful difference through supporting clients with daily living needs such as cooking and mealtimes and helping with cleaning & general household tasks .
