In this role, you will lead both virtual and in‑person ergonomic evaluations, create and deliver engaging individual and group trainings, and actively promote staff and patient safety. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, implement innovative injury‑prevention programs, and drive meaningful change. As a trusted team member, you’ll contribute to task forces and committees that support organizational goals and continuous improvement. This role offers variety, impact, and the opportunity to travel to other cities and Sutter Health locations as needed.
