Description Outpatient Counselor, Therapist I or II - *Sign On Bonus Eligible** (QHP) Conifer Park is looking for a Counselor, Therapist, I or II to join our Outpatient Team in Rochester, NY. As a Counselor/Therapist with Conifer Park you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload. Sign on bonus for Qualifying Health Professionals (QHP) Final amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift. Maximum amount is $3,000 to be paid at three intervals (90 Days, 1 Year and 2 year) Schedule Range: Mondays - Fridays 8:00am - 7:00PM (Range|| 40 Hours per week) - The following QHPs are eligible for sign on bonus: CASAC, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW.
