In this role, you’ll contribute to meaningful work that uplifts individuals and strengthens families across our community. About you: - Minimum nationally accredited completion of Certificate III in relevant Disability or Community Service field - Minimum 2 years consistent work experience in Community Services (Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, Nursing) - Prior experience supporting clients with Trauma, Autism, Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and Reactive Attachment Disorder, ADHD is beneficial - Mental health background is highly preferred Essential Background: - Child & Youth Work - Mental Health & Crisis Management (i.e. drug and alcohol addiction) - Trauma-Informed Disability Support Requirements: If you’re driven by the desire to empower others and are ready to embark on a fulfilling journey, Apply Now to join the Connecting Families team.
