Job Description: Trupanion is seeking a highly self-motivated and talented corporate paralegal who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, insurance environment and wants to contribute to our mission of helping loving, responsible pet owners budget and care for their pets. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Legal & Regulatory team and will support general corporate and securities matters. You will report to the corporate Associate General Counsel and will have a wide range of responsibilities, including supporting (i) corporate governance matters for Trupanion and its subsidiaries, (ii) securities law compliance, including Section 16 reporting and preparation of our proxy statement, (iii) maintaining and updating our corporate and securities records, and (iv) other ad hoc projects.
