Day-to-day you will be responsible for: This role is a casual position working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. - Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers. - Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services. - Welcoming customers at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs. - Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre. - Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online inquiries.
