Clinical Practice Pharmacist - Adult and Pediatrics (Nights 7on-7off) - ( 2601329 ) Description EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree. - Completion of an ASHP accredited post-graduate year 1 residency program or 3 years of related experience. Required: - Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. - Must be licensed with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.
