With stores across the world and a large frontline retail team, our Learning Management System plays a key role in keeping our teams connected, confident and ready to deliver. We are looking for a hands-on Learning Management System Manager to take ownership of the platform and help take it to the next level. This is a role for someone who loves systems, structure and making things work better. You will get into the detail, understand how the Learning Management System works end-to-end, identify the gaps and drive practical improvements that make a real difference for our store teams. The Opportunity: As our Learning Management System Manager, you will own the day-to-day management, optimisation and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System. You will make sure the system is easy to use, well maintained, accurate and set up to support our global retail teams. This includes learning content, communications, task management, compliance, reporting, audits and operational execution. This is not a traditional Learning & Development content role.
