The team We are an international and broad team who values collaboration, ownership, and open communication. We support each other by sharing expertise and continuously improving how we work and interact with stakeholders across the network involved in the CDD cycle, where the Client Outreach Expert is the linking pin between ING and the client. Roles and responsibilities: In this role, the Client Outreach Expert has a combined role as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and works closely with the Relationship Managers, CDD Processing Units and relevant stakeholders involved in the CDD cycle. Key responsibilities are to: Own and manage the client relationship from a CDD perspective, perform client outreach within regulatory timelines to enable a smooth CDD customer journey and a high-quality experience for all internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the end-to-end CDD cycle, ensuring all activities are completed within regulatory timelines and to a high standard. Align stakeholders, agree mitigations, and ensure clear WB CDD requirements in line with WB Working Instructions (internally and externally).
