Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay : - This position may be eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus. We are seeking a Lab Assistant – Clinical Labs to: - Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages and ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling. - Complete specimen receiving and processing, load them onto instruments or perform the kit testing, and associated instrument maintenance (temperatures, monitoring reagents) and clerical duties (filing, mailing, faxing). - Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system. - Interact daily with pathologists, physicians, technolog...
