What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries. Leading and training warehouse staff to achieve performance goals. Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures. Collaborating with other departments to support overall quarry operations. What Are We Looking For: Warehouse and Inventory management experience. Mechanically inclined - fixed equipment (crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps), tractors Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
