This position calls for extremely outgoing, professional, and charismatic individuals. We are looking for barbacks who can easily take care of a large variety of guests. Similar experience is a huge plus! General Responsibilities: - Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available - Slice and prepare garnishes - Control and limit wastage - Maintain bar and lounge cleanliness - Follow all rotation procedures to ensure freshness and quality - Assist with all reasonable bartender duties as required - Adhere to basic hygiene procedures and grooming standard - Follow all health and safety regulations - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front and back of house areas including tables, floors, walkways, windows, and furniture - Remove dirty dishes for tables between courses and clear tables after the guest leaves - Return dirty dishes to the dishwash area - Set, adjust, and re-set tables - Stock station and complete all delegated side work - Manage the correct stacking...
