Job description

The Vice President, Product Development is a key newly formed leadership role responsible for developing and executing the overall new product strategy for the company. This is a critical company transformation role and pivotal to the company’s successful future. This position focuses on product design selection/development, costing, factory partnerships, and driving category growth across all product lines. The VP, Product Development will ensure the product offerings align with the company’s brand, customer preferences, and financial objectives. This executive will lead cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, marketing, sourcing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless customer experience online and in store.
