Job Description MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER: POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly motivated and delivery-oriented Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy team. This role will be responsible for contributing to strategic and transformation projects, supporting project leaders in the Functions or the Countries, conducting in-depth analyses and contributing to delivering actionable recommendations as well as contributing to the dynamics of the internal network of Strategy contributors. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Strategy Analyst, you will be assigned a portfolio of projects and work packages. These could include the following types of activities: ● Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats. ● Data analysis; analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance ● Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions / countries in revisiting operational models (including for ex process redesign, organization redesign, role mandates definition)...
