Position Description: Title: Manufacturing Manager I Department: Plant Overhead Immediate Supervisor: Operations Manager Status: Exempt Position Purpose: Manages daily plant operations and provides leadership to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement goals are achieved.
