Job Summary: The Striping Foreman position requires overseeing and assisting a crew performing pavement striping, maintenance and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, company policies, procedures and safety guidelines. Essential Job Functions: - Includes, but is not limited to, the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary by management personnel to contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Supervises and train a crew of laborers and operators. - Reading of plans, specifications and schematics - Layout of pavement markings. - Handling and installing all the materials for pavement markings. - Loading and unloading material on a flatbed truck and/or trailers by hand, operating a front-end loader, forklift and other equipment. - Conduct truck inspections and communicates deficiencies to management. - Perform all other duties as assigned.
