The Resource Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration of new team members, supporting recruitment and training, and maintaining compliance across our frontline operations. As the first port of call for our candidates, you will be passionate about delivering a positive new starter experience, seek new ways to support and develop employee performance, and helping build an inclusive culture which has a direct, positive impact on our guest KPIs. The role of Resource Associate involves coordinating on-site recruitment activities, including raising requisitions, tracking candidate availability, and delivering engaging site inductions to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their roles.
