Job Description Summary Performs limited electronic, electromechanical, mechanical and support production assembly and functions of a repetitive nature to build and assemble routine units. Determine and follow methods and sequence of operations in assembling cables, soldering, bonding, testing, standard routine troubleshooting and manufacturing of transducers. Has knowledge of the various build processes within the department. Efficiently completes daily tasks according to the standard times without sacrificing the quality of the product. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Assemble components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures. Assembly may involve miniature components under a microscope. Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product. Utilize small hand tools calibrated instruments, measurement equipment microscopes and custom fixtures tools and assembly aids. Work with engineers and technicians to resolve process issues and suggest improvements daily and on an ongoing basis.
