JOB SUMMARY: Supervises the operations and personnel of the Cage on assigned shift and in compliance with Indiana Gaming Commission rules and Company policy. Provides excellent guest service to all guests, and serves as a positive role model for the property and company. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: - Supervises the Cage and personnel on assigned shift. - Maintains compliance with IGC regulations, internal control submissions and department policy and procedure. - Ensures customer service standards are exceeded at all times and all departmental personnel are committed to excellence in the performance of their assigned duties. - Coaches direct reports in the pertinent skills of operations and administration. Promotes effective utilization of equipment and manpower. Ensures staffing levels are adequate to cover business demands and Company assets are protected. - Sets high personal standards for performance and encourages others to do the same. - Ensures the integrity and overall accuracy of the Cage department including the daily reconciliation, monitoring of variances and reporting of all variances in excess of $500, are prepared timely and accurately in accordance with internal control subm...
