Your role: As a Learning Specialist (Quality & Competence), you help ensure our technical training meets the highest standards. You support the full learning lifecycle and work closely with the Global Learning Advisor, technical trainers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders. You also maintain technical competence frameworks and support the Kahuna competence platform. In this role, you will: Support the learning lifecycle from needs analysis to continuous improvement. Translate business and competence needs into effective learning solutions. Align with stakeholders and validate learning requirements. Review and improve training quality, materials, and assessments.
