Winning tenders is critical for our Ostomy and Continence Care business in both Sweden and Finland. The Tender and Contract Manager is expected to have an in-depth understanding of the various tenders in Sweden and Finland, sets the strategy in alignment with Nordic Market Access Manager, Nordic leadership team and local sales and marketing team, develops deep relationships with key decision makers and execute with excellence to secure our tender portfolio has competitive positioning in coming and existing tenders. The Tender and Contract Manager is also responsible for managing all tender contracts, the follow-up of tender contracts, tender contract-lifecycle management, establishing and developing service agreements and supplementary agreements in Sweden and Finland. This role could be based either in Finland (Helsinki) or Sweden (Taby).
