🎯 Context 250+ local authorities rely on Vizzia to keep their streets cleaner and safer. Behind every camera, every connected station, every accessory deployed in the field, there's a question that never goes away: will it still work in 18 months, in 3 years, in 5 years? Hardware quality isn't a checkpoint at the end of the line. It's a discipline that has to be present from R&D to supply chain, and shared across every member of the hardware team. Today, hardware quality is handled in addition to other responsibilities. The team needs someone whose entire focus is to set the standard, build the processes, and make sure they're applied — on our products, with our suppliers, and over time. The hardware scope at Vizzia covers cameras, stations, accessories, all the way through to deployment with manufacturing partners in China. You'll report to David, the hardware team's lead. The role is transversal: no direct reports today, but expected to scale into a small quality team in the medium term.
