Job DetailsJob Location: NAPCO Precast SA - San Antonio, TX 78250Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.75 HourlySummary Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walls, double Ts, columns, or beams using a variety of hand and power tools. Primary responsibilities: Rub cement in with sponge-rubber float or burlap. Finish corners by hand Patch holes/cracks on concrete walls Remove/Clean excess concrete from the walls Use grinders on blemishes Drill or Core Drill holes as needed Clean all hardware Cut concrete as indicated on repair orders Climb stacks of walls and TTs QualificationsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The ability to lift, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs Be on Feet 8 to 12 hours shifts Work outside all day in heat or cold Push and Pull 30 lbs. Work overtime and mandatory Saturdays when scheduled Must be clean shaven in order to where a face mask or respiratory Pass Fit Test (mask fits properly & protects adequately) & Pulmonary Function Test (evaluate function of lungs) NOTE: This document describes the position currently available.
