Job description
Develops and implements systems for the effective administration of the Simulation Training Laboratory in terms of expenditures, education, operational readiness, inventory, maintenance, record keeping and contract personnel/staff utilization. Performs highly complex duties in the design, development, installation, integration, coordination and maintenance of the Simulation Lab lab and its supplies and equipment, including hands-on assistance to faculty with patient simulation scenarios. Serves as a technical advisor for all simulation mannequins and high-level instructional equipment, models, and software. For a Paramedic : Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through the completion of an Associates degree for Paramedics initially certified after June 2015. Work also requires a New Jersey Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic certification and 1 year experience as a Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic. Certification in BTLS (Basic Trauma Life Support) or PHTLS (Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support).
