POSITION SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, and audits standards, methods, procedures, and their implementation. Ensures compliance with applicable company directives, federal regulations, and management specifications. PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION (Only for CA, CO, DC, HI, IL, NY, WA) Weekly Minimum Rate: $1,562.76: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plans, organizes, and audits standards, methods, procedures, and their implementation. Ensures compliance with applicable company directives, federal regulations, and management specifications. - Reviews requirement documents and conducts research to prepare for the audit. Develops and conducts all phases of the audit, including: audit plan, in-brief and out-brief agendas and presentation, assessment schedules, checklists, data collection, report writing, and audit follow up. Identifies deficiencies to include findings, opportunities for improvement and noteworthy practices. - Conducts validation of internal deficiencies from performed audits. Conducts verification of deficiencies from external agencies, including Department of Energy. - Develops and revises Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and plans to ensure current requirements are incorporated.
