Head of Engineering

Job description

We are looking for a Head of Engineering for the Marketplace and Payments areas at Treatwell. We are Europe’s leading platform for booking hair and beauty appointments, serving millions of customers and partners across multiple markets. In this role, you will lead and grow multiple cross-functional Product Engineering teams within Marketplace and Payments, working closely with Product and Design to build experiences that connect customers and venues at scale. You set clear directions and enable teams to operate with strong ownership, autonomy, and pace. You ensure alignment across Marketplace and Payments and consistency in engineering practices, while keeping decisions close to the work and actively removing friction. You also grow future leaders by coaching engineering managers and senior engineers and by creating the conditions for teams to deliver outcomes reliably while also sponsoring and driving initiatives that raise the bar and strengthen Treatwell's overall Product Engineering capabilities.
