Overview The Clinical Equipment and Supply Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the organization's clinical field operations by ensuring that all clinical teams have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform their work effectively and without interruption. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle management of clinical equipment, from intake and refurbishment through ongoing maintenance, certification, and emergency deployment, as well as the timely fulfillment and tracking of supply orders across all markets. In addition to operational duties, the Clinical Equipment and Supply Specialist maintains accurate records and participates in inventory reporting initiatives to support organizational transparency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities: Equipment Management: - Complete and maintain Cadwell equipment certification to ensure comprehensive knowledge of each equipment component, including proper operation, troubleshooting techniques, identification of faulty or failing items requiring repair or replacement, and adherence to manufacturer-recommended preventive maintenance protocols. - Intake, catalog, and refurbish both new and used equi...
