Job Summary: The Production Supervisor coordinates and supervises activities of workers engaged in fabricating, assembling, modifying, or repairing parts, assemblies, tooling and related items used in aluminum alloy manufacturing. Job Requirements: - Organizes and assigns tasks to workers throughout the day ensuring production schedule is followed. - Ensure operating efficiencies are met and production remains on schedule. - Assures quality and production requirement are met, as per job-specific travelers. - Works with Press Lead to share information regarding job priorities daily. - Dedicated to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. - Writes accident reports and leads RCCA based accident investigations and appropriate corrective actions. - Perform regular production job functions (grin...
