About the Role: Your initial responsibilities will include: - Completing and monitoring compliance with IMS policies, procedures, forms, and specifications. - Maintaining daily records, including Daily diaries, and other documentation. - Planning, resourcing, and delivering work packages efficiently. - Operating as a multiskilled operator across various civil construction tasks. - Leading a section of works and managing a small onsite crew with confidence and professionalism. - Promote and embody Goldsmith values and culture within the team.
