Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Engineer to ensure our Digital One Business apps are fast, reliable, and scalable under real-world conditions. In this role, you will design and execute performance tests, analyze system behavior, identify bottlenecks, and work closely with engineering teams to improve end-to-end performance across web, mobile, and backend systems. You’ll act as both a technical expert and a performance advocate, helping teams build products that meet strict performance, scalability, and reliability standards.
