Technical Program Manager, Edge Capacity Delivery

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in technical program management. - Experience in data networks and supporting product features, services and technologies (e.g., networking protocols at layers 2 and 3, SDN principles, automation in data centers). - Experience in stakeholder management, communication, and execution. - Experience in deployment planning, building infrastructure and risk management. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in defining system or process requirements for scaled systems, including solutions architecture. - Knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation, and interest in data, metrics, analysis and trends. - Ability to identify organizational needs, establish priorities, work independently, drive results through informal authority, serve as a trusted consultant to key business partners and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve complex challenges.
