About the Position We're looking to hire an experienced Alpha Capture Specialist to help expand and manage relationships between Jane Street and our external partners. You'll be joining a collaborative Alpha Capture team that's growing quickly. Day-to-day, you will manage a portfolio of external relationships: onboarding new partners, deepening existing ones, and finding ways to make those partnerships work well for both sides. Internally, you'll work with the Alpha Capture team and colleagues across the firm to share context, inform our approach and contribute your own ideas about where we should go next. We want someone who can use their industry knowledge to engage substantively with partners, advocate for how we should do things and help build our approach over time. You'll be expected to take ownership of your work and influence how we engage with partners in your region. Staying competitive as we've grown has required constant invention of new trading strategies, technology and processes.
