About the job: The HS(S)E Head provides oversight and leadership throughout all phases of one of our biggest projects; from basic design to construction and commissioning and process validation. You manage all activities associated with the Project HSE budget, including the negotiation of service agreements and management of associated costs. On top you s ecure the site license to operate regarding Health, Safety and Environment regulations and permit, avoid administrative notice and lead relationship with external legal Authorities and local stakeholders. Ensure the site’s compliance to all relevant HSE and security regulations and standards (local state, and federal regulations). Act as the primary HSE contact for regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
