Logistics Coordinator

Job description

Job Purpose Track shipments, manage inventory, communicate with suppliers/carriers, and prepare shipping documents to ensure the timely and regulatory-compliant movement of products. Essential Functions: - Manage inbound/outbound deliveries, and research if product has been received as promised - Coordinate inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs - Support a variety of logistical functions, including sourcing, receiving, purchasing, and dispatching - Provide office duties as needed - Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products - ERP System: Perform daily transactions and reconciliations; manage discrepancies, working with production to coordinate data integrity; follow up on orders, correct errors and prevent recurrence - Monitor the front door, office phone systems, gates, and mail services - Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies): California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington and New York Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $23.75 to $25.00 per hour.
