Position Overview The Director of Commercial Finance will provide strategic financial leadership for the Commercial organization supporting Regal Rexnord’s Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) business in North America. The Commercial organization is responsible for revenue generation and sales enablement for this segment, which represents approximately $1.7 billion of Regal Rexnord’s $7+ billion in annual revenue. This role serves as a key business partner to the VP Sales for North America and is an integral member of the Commercial Leadership Team. The Director will oversee strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial close, financial analysis, SOX compliance, and the ongoing enhancement of internal controls, processes, and financial discipline.
