We are currently seeking an MEP Plans Examiner to join our team in the Anaheim , CA area. If you’re passionate about building safety, code compliance, and supporting public agencies, this is your chance to make a lasting impact. What You'll Do: - Review mechanical (HVAC, ventilation, ductwork), electrical (load calculations, wiring, service panels) and plumbing/gas system plans for commercial and possibly multi-family residential projects. - Verify that MEP system plans comply with the applicable California codes (e.g., California Mechanical Code, California Electrical Code, California Plumbing Code) and local amendments. - Coordinate review comments with other disciplines (building, structural, fire, accessibility) to ensure full plan coordination. - Prepare detailed correction/clarification letters to applicants when plans don’t meet code requirements; follow up as plans are revised....
