Description Estimator – Collision Repair: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Collision Repair Estimator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Complete full estimates in CCC for customer pay and insurance repairs - Complete accurate event dates on insurance repairs - Utilize OPStrax to generate accurate and comprehensive estimates - Understand and adhere to insurance company parts requirements and use of advisor reports - Call/email vendors to confirm parts availability and part numbers as needed - Take accurate photos for preliminary estimates and supplements - Explain repair techniques, calibration, and scan requirements to customers in detail - Research repair procedures to ensure accurate and efficient repairs - Answer phones and update customers on repair status and estimates - Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all e...
