This role is responsible for coordinating orders, supplier communication, freight follow-up, operational administration, customer support, and workflow management to ensure orders and enquiries are managed accurately and within required timeframes. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Operational Coordination: - Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across the Services division. - Monitor and manage order progression from placement through to dispatch and completion. - Liaise with suppliers regarding production updates, delivery timelines, shortages and issues. - Coordinate freight bookings, dispatch follow-up and delivery tracking. - Assist with managing operational workflows and escalations.
