Acting as the primary point of contact for end users, you will ensure incidents, service requests, problems, and changes are managed effectively through our IT Service Management platform. Working closely with Infrastructure, Applications, and Cyber Security teams, you will help maintain operational continuity while continuously improving the overall user experience.
