JOB DESCRIPTION: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM The bale loader position is responsible for loading material onto a conveyer belt for production usage. Applicants must be able to do basic math, and read order tags, as well as load and unload transfer trucks using a forklift. Applicants must be able to do the following: QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will possess a GED/High School diploma and 1-2 years of manufacturing experience. Applicants must have the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks and comprehend at a rapid pace. We are seeking a team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills, who is highly motivated, has a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and is a self-starter.
