The Port of Dover is a vital gateway for millions of passengers and significant volumes of trade each year. We are currently recruiting a Site Supervisor to support the safe and successful delivery of construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects across our diverse and dynamic Port estate. If you’re experienced in construction supervision, passionate about quality and safety, and ready to take on varied and meaningful work, this could be the role for you. About the Role: As a Site Supervisor, you will plan, coordinate and oversee a wide range of construction, infrastructure and small works projects across the Port. You will work closely with contractors, internal stakeholders and Project Managers to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, to specification, and on schedule. Your role will include conducting inspections, managing compliance, supporting documentation reviews and ensuring that all site activities follow health & safety legislation, CDM regulations, and Port of Dover standards.
