This role is perfect for a motivated Team Leader or Supervisor who is ready to step up and develop into a future Factory Manager over the next 2–3 years. As the second-in-charge to our Factory Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing our Door Frame Despatch and QA operations, ensuring our production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
