JOB SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive, proactive, strategic, and day-to-day human resources support to assigned customer groups or locations. The Senior HR Business Partner creates partnerships across the HR and business functions to deliver value-added services to management and teammates, reflective of the organization’s objectives as well as providing expertise and support to the HR Business Partners. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: - Builds and maintains strong, trusting, and transparent relationships with teammates and leadership. Provides recommendations to HR Lead and business partners on creating and maintaining an engaged workforce. Coordinates related initiatives. - Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. - Facilitates and supports the departments with change management. - Supports exempt and non-exempt recruiting efforts.
