This is a Seasonal role; employment dates will align with Busch Gardens Tampa's Howl-O-Scream event. Compensation Rate : $17/hour: Basic Requirements: If you are an Active Part - Time employee applying for this role, be sure to select Part - Time for your desired status on the next screen. Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to obtain a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and able to meet SEA driving guidelines. Must be able to work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays College Degree (preferred), theater or related field, equivalent experience in theater or entertainment related discipline Minimum 2 years practical Stage Management experience or a similar combination of management or leadership experience preferred Knowledge of entertainment events and logistics , including but not limited to basic audio systems, basic theatrical lighting, theming, signage, and decor Display proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
