Matrix Providers is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) (OB/GYN Dept) to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families at (BHC) Dam Neck in VA. - Employment Status: Full Time - Compensation: Monday-Friday 0700-1530 - Benefits: Competitive financial package with a comprehensive insurance package including health, dental, vision, and life coverage. - Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid Holidays - 401(k) Plan The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) must have and meet the following: - Degree: Certificate. - Education: Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program OR be a graduate of an accredited LPN program by ACEN, OR have completed an equivalent military training program. - Experience: Possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience as an LPN working in an obstetrics outpatient clinic within the last two (2) years. - Licensure: Possess a current unrestricted license to practice as an LPN/LVN in anyone (1) of the fifty (50) States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
