In this role, you will: - Be responsible for managing a group of 6 client-focused tax specialists focused on ensuring that the IRS and ADP processes requested client funds timely for our clients. - Establish and maintain effective policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure prompt and error-free funds disbursement. - Ensure accurate tracking of all funds owed and paid to clients. - Oversee and manage Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC)-related audits and other investigations into misprocessed or erroneous processing of ERTC refund claims or reversals. - Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and legal and assist in managing both regulatory and client inquiries. - Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update compliance programs accordingly. - Prepare and pr...
