Range Safety Officer

Description Description: The Range Safety Officer (RSO) enforces safe firearm handling. RSO is accountable for executing all Range Safety Processes and as such, must pay attention to the range while maintaining strong mental focus on safety, must be able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while remaining constantly vigilant to ensure safety of all guests and Shooters World staff. This position is eligible for commission on top of hourly rate. Duties and Responsibilities: · Deliver the World’s Greatest Firearm Experience · Ensure unwavering control over the safety of all range guests and Shooters World team members by observing all users and respectfully, but immediately, addressing any behavior that could be considered unsafe. · Enforces all safety range rules and regulations. Must monitor all activity on the range at all times. · Must have expansive knowledge about operation of firearms and ammunition. · Safely and effectively handle range experience firearms and customer firearms. · Provide concise, and comprehensive range briefings to all range guests. · Must be able to communicate in a professional, polite, and respectful manner with all Shooters World guests....
