Job Summary: This position will be responsible for providing support to Producers and Analysts on the industrial and hotel teams in marketing of real estate transactions from start to finish. Main Responsibilities: - Partner with Producers and Associates to develop opinion of value reports and marketing materials—coordinate with the graphics team on layout and oversee text execution. - Enter financial data and assist with basic financial modeling for property evaluations. - Act as the communication bridge between Producers, Associates, and clients, facilitating data requests and resolving inquiries. - Create and produce customiz...
